ÖNDER SEZGİ

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Önder Sezgi graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration at Ankara University in 1988. He served as a Tax Inspector on the Board of the Ministry of Finance Tax Inspectors until 1998 when he joined Tepe Group and was in charge of auditing Bilkent Holding companies. Sezgi has written and published more than 35 articles on economy, tax, law and finance in various newspapers and magazine and has participated in more than 20 conferences and panels as a speaker on these subjects. Sezgi is a Certified Public Accountant and has undertaken various studies and tasks at the Tax Council, TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association), YASED (International Investors Association of Turkey), Foundation of Tax Inspectors and TÜRMOB (Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey). He currently serves as Bilkent Holding's Financial Affairs and Audit Coordinator (CFO) as well as a member of the Board of Directors of some Bilkent Holding companies. He serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at TAV Havalimanlari Holding (TAV Airports Holding) and is a member of the Board of Directors at TAV Yatirim Holding (TAV Investment Holding) and its subsidiaries. Mr. Sezgi has served as a member of the Board of Directors in Meteksan Defence Industry Inc. since March, 2012.
